  • All of Three Sixty’s leases are for a 12 month term and then have the option to go month-to-month after one year.

  • In general, utilities are not included, but it can vary by location.

  • For the average utility cost, please call Xcel Energy at 1-800-895-4999 and ask for the average cost of utilities for that address.

  • No, except at 1414 Pine Street, 420 N. 11th Street and Aguilera.

  • The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due upon lease signing.

  • In general, pets are not allowed, but some locations accept pets. Our policy allows cats or small dogs up to 12lbs. for an extra $25/month in rent and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 (due at lease signing).

  • Yes. We allow tenants to hang pictures, but do not use large screws or leave large holes in the walls. No painting is allowed.

  • There is off-street parking at most properties on a first come-first serve basis. Campus properties have off-street parking available for an extra fee.

  • Three Sixty recommends cleaning carpets on an annual basis, and highly recommends it prior to move-out. Any non-standard wear and tear is billable to the tenant.
